Customer Experience and Digital

Ongoing investments in digital technologies have simplified the customer journey, making it more seamless, efficient and user-friendly. These improvements continue to strengthen the organization’s position as a leader in digital experience.

Our offering also expanded with the introduction of two new products:

  • in travel insurance, a 3-in-1 Package, available exclusively online
  • in health insurance, a Retiree Plan, now available for direct purchase in Quebec and Ontario.
