Due to the situation, you may not receive your renewal letter at the usual time. Please take the following actions if your contract is due for renewal soon.
Annual contract (Health and Travel)
- To renew your contract, avoid paying by cheque and use one of the following payment methods instead:
- Call us to pay by credit card.
- Pay at your preferred financial institution.
- Renew your Multi-Trip Annual insurance online, if you are 54 and under.
- Automatic renewal: Check the expiration date of the credit card on file.
Single-Trip Travel insurance contract
Your contract is not affected by the situation, since all communications are sent by e-mail.
